import EUCLID site xml file with v0.2.3

Description
I use the ETC v0.2.3 (ETC-Jar-0.2.3-SNAPSHOT.jar).
I tried to import the EUCLID parameters.
For the site xml file I got an error (see the log file).

- Assignee set to Anonymous
This is because the versions ending in SNAPSHOT are still in development. This said, the final 0.2.3 version will have all the bug fixes done in the 0.2.2 version. One of these bugs (which is fixed in the 0.2.2.1 Christian sent with the EUCLID parameters) is that the database columns for the units were too short. Please use the 0.2.2.1 version.
